Fly to Lukla (2,860 m), Trek to Phakding (2,610 m)

  • 3–4 hr trek along the Dudh Koshi River
Day 04 :
Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m)
  • 5–6 hr uphill trek
  • First views of Everest if clear
Day 05 :
Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar
  • Hike to Everest View Hotel / Khumjung (3,800 m)
  • Light day to aid acclimatization
Day 06 :
Trek to Tengboche (3,860 m)

5–6 hr trek

Visit famous Tengboche Monastery

Day 07 :
Trek to Dingboche (4,410 m)

5–6 hr gradual uphill trek
